The Details

Base Package: Includes shipping, hand embroidered design with the delicate care of handling your dress and designing it into your heirloom artwork, plus a basic loom that it was designed on.

Premium Package: Includes a custom frame; color of your choice, plus shipping with the 8×6

piece of your dress.

*All packages include material to embroider on and the delicate care of creating the design. Each piece unless otherwise discussed will be 8×6. I ask for the same size material in case their are very intricate details of your beautiful gown.

*I will need a photo from your wedding to match the layout of the design you are wanting in your artwork.

*If you are getting your dress altered in any way, you can ask for the altered material back and I can work with that. The example I give is made from my bridal dress and I used one of the capped sleeves.

Base package: Includes shipping your bouquet and or pick up if local. Pressing time, and arranging into your unique bouquet, plus a frame. (wood, glass, White, grey, black)

*Size and style of frame will affect the price.

Premium package: Includes shipping your bouquet and or pick up if local. Pressing time, and arranging your flowers into a beautiful piece of art (Bride, Bride/Groom, Favorite animal, wildflower design, collage), plus frame (wood, glass, white, grey, or black)

1. Ship within 24-48 hours from the wedding.

   *The fresher the bouquet, the better your keepsake will look.

2. Keep it in a little water until packing.

   *Store it in a cool, dark place (not the fridge).

3. Dry the stems before boxing.

   *Gently pat them so they’re not wet (moisture causes mold)

4. Wrap in paper, not plastic.

   *Use paper towels or tissue. No plastic bags or wrap.

5. Pack securely in a sturdy box.

   *place the bouquet upright and fill empty space with paper so it doesn’t move.

6. Add a wrapped ice pack (optional).

   *Keep it cool, but make sure the ice pack does not touch the flowers.

7. Ship Overnight or 2-Day Express.

   *Ship Monday-Thursday only to avoid weekend delays.

8. Put your name + Wedding Date inside the box and send me the tracking number.

Bridal Dress Heirloom Embroidery:

It takes roughly a week to finish a 8×6 project and if you are ordering a custom frame it could take up to 3 weeks before you will receive your beautiful heirloom keepsake.

Pressed Bouquet Floral Art:

Once I receive the bouquet it will take 2-3 weeks to allow the flowers to fully press and dry out and then another week to finish. This seems like a lengthy process but I assure you it is handled in a timely manner and will be delicately handled.

*I appreciate your patience even though it may feel like an endless time stamp. I hold myself to high standards while working with each and every piece and it is with the upmost respect of your beautiful materials that I make sure each one is something to be cherished in the end.
